Policies
Every business has policies in place. Please take some time to review my policies at Agnes Cindy Photography.
Contracts are required for every work order. When a client hires Agnes Cindy Photography, they will be sent a copy of the Policy Page along with 3 contracts. Policies and contracts are in place to protect both the photographer and the client. It helps to establish and clarify the terms of copyrights, print release of images and what we can do with them. If after review, the client chooses to continue to book a session, the client is confirming that he/she has read, understands and agrees with the policies.
A policy update requires the contracts must be signed and returned no later than the commencement of a session. Therefore, when the client meets for the session, these contracts need to be signed before photographing commences. The photographer will always have multiple copies of the contracts at all times to avoid delay.
I assure you, it is quite the norm nowadays for photography businesses to have contracts.
Please note:
There are clients who are unaware of the impact they place on the photographer's home-based business when they frequently reschedule and/or cancel. The impact can sometimes be detrimental. In an effort to decrease cancellations, rescheduling and non-serious customers, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. 50% of the total session cost is due when you book a session with Agnes Cindy Photography. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transeferrable. Please have your Paypal email address available when you book so that I may invoice you accordingly.
Should the photographer need to reschedule or cancel your session, your deposit will be refunded.
