I've added amazing package add ons for all the mommies who want to feel extra special on their maternity shoot day. Be as simple or as glamorous as you wish.
Make up and hair can be added to your package for an added cost (please advise: requires at least 6 weeks notice to arrange).

I get so excited when a client arrives prepared for their session. Miss Y was a dream client. Prepared. Organized. Decked out to the nines. Get this - she brought matching jewellery for each outfit!! Uh-huh.
Make up was also altered slightly for each outfit.

Retouching is always included in my packages. During our consultation, we will discuss the amount and type of retouching you wish.

A stunning beauty. It makes a noticable difference when my clients wear make up. When a client feels pretty, it shows in her smile.

Dreamy! When asked about the names her and hubby were thinking for their sweet pea, this coy, serene yet excited smile emerged from Miss Y. That look of an expectant mother waiting and dreaming of meeting her precious gift.

Love the shot from this angle. The pregnant figure is amazing. Usually only mommy gets a view of the baby bump from here.

What's an indoor maternity shoot without the fan blowing! Plus, I think my pregnant mama's like the cool breeze ;)

Often a pose is taken with my client laying on the floor. As a safety precaution, my pregnant mama's are NEVER lying flat on their backs. With most of my mama's in their 3rd trimester - I don't encourage flat back poses. 100% of the time, there will be some kind of supporting pillow, towel, etc. tucked behind her to elevate her position so she is not actually lying down. This semi-sitting pose is never held for more than 2 minutes.

Maternity sessions create beautiful memories. Expecting moms and dads are often bright eyed and hopeful for their little bundle of joy! As parents, we have so many plans for our wee ones long before they make an official appearance into the world. Pregnancy, the expecting phase, is a right of passage when becoming a parent. It's such a pleasant time to enjoy cravings, nursery decorating, tiny nudges and movement from your baby bump.

Belly bumps are always fun to capture. It's so much fun to look back on how low or far out you carried... The pregnant woman is beautiful, natural and amazing. 

This is bump in the night that calls out "ice cream, pickles, chips and chocolate!"

Child sessions are lots of fun! I love capturing a little one's personality and expressions.

This lilac feather dress was so light, airy and dreamy. Miss M was like a little garden pixie. Precious!
We were ready to shoot this session outside by the garden where we picked the flowers but it rained us out. Love how feminine and soft this session was...

I spotted this gorgeous feather dress from Little Pumpkin of London, Ontario.

This adorable feather dress from my "wardrobe" stash is available for my clients to wear.
Miss M is wearing my only lilac/lavender feather dress in size  2T.

Cake Smash | Sparkle Smash

The Sparkle Smash has been created exclusively for today's trendy two year-old. At Agnes Cindy Photography, I understand cake smash sessions are so festive, you'll want to do it again. Parents typically add on birthday invitations or thank you cards to complete the party planning.

Rockabilly sparkle smash theme.
I love retro styling so I wanted to incorporate that fashion era into this sparkle smash.

I was head over heels when I spotted this cake design. I knew it would be perfectly fitting for this theme. This sweet cake was made by the talented Candies Cakery of London, Ontario. I may have relocated 200 km away from her but she keeps me coming back for more!

Styling is one of my favourite tasks when planning ant cake smash. I just so happened to pull this adorable ensemble together from my wardrobe stash. Wardrobe is available for all clients as wearable props during their session. There is a limited selection.

Yummy!

Miss M. is not a cake smasher. She is one of those delicate and picky eaters. She also wanted to rearrange the set lol!

Two years-old is a great age to capture - a one year follow-up to the First Year Cake Smash makes a wonderful timeline. How their little personalities develop is so intriguing. Pushing the limits and testing boundaries... they are adding spark into their characters. Let me celebrate with you and help capture this  special time!

Little Miss  | Part Two

You've met this light hearted wonder in the last post. The second half of a child mini session at Agnes Cindy Photography is super fun! Clients love to choose from my collection of wearable props. I think the parents love playing dress up more than the kiddos ;)

Mom chose a vintage inspired outfit. This is actually one of my favourite skirts in my collection. I love the french lace in cream and blush.

Seriously, she is a barrel of laughter. I really did laugh almost the entire time I shot this session. She is as lovely as mom and as polite as dad :)  Hope to meet again someday!

So, now that you've seen Part One and Part Two, I can let you in on our little secret during this session - Cheese, Macaroni, Bologna and Hot dogs lol. That's our secret recipe in inducing smiles here!

Little Miss  |  Part 1

I've endeared her with the nickname "Little Miss" because she certainly was a little Miss Sunshine!
Mom and Dad brought her for a visit in my home-studio. She was dressed perfectly coordinated in pink, black and white. Little did I know this slow to warm, polite and little lady would burst into a ray of sunshine. She just needed some good ole' silliness to come out of that shell.

Here she is warming up her fabulous smile.
Mom and I were playing around with some props and having fun. Little Miss wasn't too thrilled about this mini hat but that's what made it so funny. I asked her to make goofy faces to match the so-called "goofy hat". I would snap images in between the goofy faces when we were laughing. Although she's looking at mom here, I get a good giggle whenever I look back on this image.

All warmed up and ready to dazzle the camera.

Soft Focus. 

This is one of my favourite child poses. Too adorable! 

She is also fitting to the endearment "Little Miss" because I found her quite mature for her age. She took some control over this session. Yes, she did. She picked out the white rug from the selection of others. 

Classic black and white. Precious.

Child Mini Sessions at Agnes Cindy Photography always begin with the child in an outfit chosen by the parents and which they wear in to the studio. A clothing change and backdrop change takes place next. Clients can choose from a nice selection of wearable props to customize their session.

Sweet Smash | Cake Smash Session

Cake smashes are one of my favourites to photograph, more than for the reason that it involves food! This sweet session is super fun. I love seeing a baby have their first taste of cake. Their expressions are priceless.

Miss T. came to visit me again for her 1st birthday. Her ocean blue eyes gives her instant cuteness overload! Mom wanted this lil' party decked out in pink, black and white.

{Consistent communication with my client ensures we are on the same page when decorating and pulling props. In this situation, mom brought her own cake from my recommended local bakery then communicated the decor and colours chosen. I went ahead a pulled backdrop and props accordingly.}

Personalities shine and the expressions are so priceless. I'm bound to get a good laugh every time!

Miss T. sought approval from mom and dad to touch the birthday cake. She was quite cautious and didn't know quite what to make of this round, coloured thing that sat in front of her. Mom gave her some more encouragement and soon this lil' diva was diving into some delicious vanilla cake.

{100% of babies I capture look for parental approval before touching their birthday cake. When the green light is given, the fun part begins! Some babies kind of test the waters, so to speak, and pick and taste. Others dive right in with no holding back. }

She did a great job smashing her birthday cake! Happy Birthday :)




Cake smashes are such a darling keepsake. Turning the Big "1" is a big milestone. Make it a party. Make it a big deal!
